In academic articles, the abstract must present the study’s objective, methodology, key findings, and contributions in a This study aimed to examine the effects of a nature-based recreation program on climate anxiety and psychological resilience among white-collar public sector employees. A quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design was used. Sixty volunteer public employees were randomly assigned to an experimental group (n=30) and a control group (n=30). The experimental group participated in a 4-week nature-based recreation program, while the control group received no intervention. Data were collected using the Psychological Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and the Climate Anxiety Scale. Due to non-normality, non-parametric tests were applied. The experimental group showed a significant decrease in climate anxiety and increase in psychological resilience, whereas the control group exhibited an increase in climate anxiety and a decrease in resilience (p < .001). Between-group comparisons revealed significant differences favoring the experimental group. These findings suggest that structured nature-based recreation programs can effectively reduce climate anxiety and enhance psychological resilience.
