Özet
Background and objective: Mean platelet volume (MPV) is a potential marker of platelet reactivity that can be easily determined by using routine automated hemograms. It is correlated with body mass index (BMA blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), and it induces improved glycemic control and weight loss in patients. In this study, which included 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), we aimed to determine the effects of exenatide treatment on clinical and biochemical parameters and MPV.
