Communication during an emergency and preparedness are very important since they can cause fatalities if not properly managed. In many countries, including Turkey, there are many examples of bad communication in emergency situations. In this study, communication problems encountered during an emergency are discussed. The harmful effects that occurred due to the miscommunication are also discussed.
