Özet

The purpose of this study was to comparatively analyze the economic and energy efficiencies of Solar PV and BESS systems in the Isparta, Burdur, and Antalya regions of Turkey. Considering the different regions, the effect of solar energy potential on the efficiency of the systems was analyzed. In this study, the effects of these systems on energy supply security and cost optimization were analyzed using criteria such as energy production capacity, cost analysis, and unmet energy ratios. The results show that Antalya has economic advantages with low battery and plant costs, whereas Isparta meets its higher infrastructure demands with high-energy and power capacities. Burdur has been identified as a region with the most potential as a pilot region with balanced performance in terms of energy and costs. The results show that regional privatization should be incorporated into Turkey's renewable energy policies, whereas energy efficiency can be achieved with the proper design of Solar PV and BESS systems.
