Özet
Objective: Excessive administration of acetaminophen have some negative effects on liver that may even progress to acute failure. It has been reported that some metabolites produced in liver parenchyme may also contribute to this process. Nitric oxide (NO) is a highly reactive substance which is synthesized in response to inflammatory mediators.
