Özet

The gut-liver axis, which supports the immune and neuroendocrine system interaction, plays a role in the regulation of symbiosis between intestinal microbiota and liver. Probiotics and their metabolites have been shown to have direct or indirect antioxidant capacities. Postbiotics are defined as non-living microorganisms or their components that provide health benefits to humans. In our study, the possible effects of the probiotic Lacticaseibacillus casei(L. casei) bacteria and its postbiotic culture on rat liver tissue were investigated.
