Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the asymmetric effects of service quality on overall customer satisfaction in accommodation businesses operating within the scope of glamping tourism. The 506 data obtained from Otelpuan.com, one of Turkey's leading online review websites, were analysed and the results of the analysis classified the service dimensions of glamping businesses (food and beverage, room, service and price-performance) as key factors. It has been observed that the current performance of these service quality attributes should be maintained to prevent customer dissatisfaction. It is thought that the results of the study will provide a unique contribution to the literature as well as guiding glamping business managers to develop a strategic plan by transferring their limited resources to the right services.
