Abstract

Alienation is defined as a situation where the human being isn't able to join the social processes and becomes more withdrawn. In a field where there is no compensation like health sector; the results of alienation affects not only the health personnel himself but the patients, their relatives and the society itself. In this study we aimed to find the level of alienation of health personnel working in three different types of hospital in Isparta as well as to test the differences with some demographical variables.
