Abstract

Cryptocephalus (Asionus) pseudoreitteri Tomov, 1976 is a poorly known species. Recently, seven additional specimens of this rare species were collected out of the type locality. The little known female of this species is redescribed in detail and also males are redescribed on the basis of 7 specimens (4 males and 3 females) collected from Kayseri and Aksaray provinces of Central Anatolia. The male and female genital structures, abdomen, variations of the pronotal and elytral patterns are illustrated.
