This study, it is aimed to determine whether cognitive biases have a role in the effect of technology-induced technostress on individuals' digital burnout. The sample of the study consists of academics who have to be constantly intertwined with technological tools and equipment due to professional requirements and distance education processes that intensified especially with the pandemic period. The data were obtained from 111 academicians working at state universities by online surveys and convenience sampling method. As a result of the correlation and regression analyzes, it was determined that technology-induced stress has an effect on digital burnout and that cognitive biases have a moderating effect between technostress and digital burnout.
