Abstract
While organizational culture is constructed through the relationship that individuals establish with belonging, identity, and values, physical space stands out as an important element that supports this process. Physical spaces can play a decisive role in helping employees develop loyalty to the organization and construct their identities. However, with the digital transformation, spatial dependency has decreased, and remote and hybrid working models have become widespread. This may lead to a weakening of organizational belonging and threaten cultural continuity. This study discusses the importance of physical space in organizational culture and the multi-layered effects of digital transformation on these structures.
