Abstract

Turkey Organizational Behavior Discipline, for this "quality loss" discusses more about the study. The main reason for the loss of qualification is seen as an explanation of the relevant subjects of the discipline or the rupture of subject bonds. However, it is not possible for the discipline to continue in this way. Then, the best time to leave the discipline. Otherwise, illusion / manipulation creation, low literature quality, low academic writing standards and future ineffective trends will be inevitable. This situation presents a compulsory or "vision regulation" in the discipline.
