Özet

This paper investigates the thermodynamic properties of a quantum system defined as a Kane oscillator within the framework of superstatistics theory, which describes statistical distributions distinct from standard Boltzmann statistics. The energy spectrum of the Kane oscillator was derived using the non-minimal interaction method by applying it to the six-band Kane Hamiltonian. The corresponding thermodynamic parameters of this system within the superstatistics framework were calculated by substituting the energy spectrum of the Kane oscillator into the partition function. The obtained thermodynamic quantities were studied as functions of temperature for various values of the non-extensive parameter, which determines the degree of deviation from standard Boltzmann statistics. According to the results, non-extensivity is more pronounced at low temperatures. At high temperatures, the non-extensivity of the system vanishes, and its behavior approaches classical Boltzmann statistics.
