Özet

This paper is a 5hort and updated version of my M.A. thesis submitted to the Prehistory Section of the Faculty of Letters of the University of Istanbul in 1989. Theaim of the article is to survey the metal pins from Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia in the Early Bronze Ages. In this paper the metals and the metal ores that were used to produce pins will be discussed.The production techniques of the metal pins will be briefly described. A typology of the metal pins from the above mentioned regions will be attempted. Finally the sites in the above mentioned regions will be listed and their situation about the metal pins will be emphasized.
