Özet
Public administration is undergoing a radical transformation, driven by the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into its core functions and decision-making structures. Nevertheless, the success of this transformation depends not only on technological advancement but equally on the adoption of collaborative governance models. This study, therefore, explores frameworks that foster inclusive, participatory, and accountable approaches to AI implementation in public administration. This study focuses on the application of Collaborative Governance, Network Governance, and Co-Production approaches in the design, implementation, and oversight of AI initiatives in public administration. By examining both the opportunities and challenges inherent in collaborative models, the study aims to provide practical insights and policy recommendations for public institutions.
