Özet
The Dynasty of Constantine and the Pisidian Polis of Malos: A Clarification · At the end of the last century, two fragments of statue bases were found on the agora of the Pisidian polis of Malos. Due to the similarity of the monuments as well of the inscriptions, researchers had previously assumed that we are dealing with merely one honorary monument. A comparison with similar pairs of statue bases in the public spaces of Ephesos and Sagalassos leads to the conclusion that the two monuments of Malos are honours to the emperors Constantius II and Constans which were established during their joint reign (a.d. 340-350).
