Blended learning is some kind of learning approach that combines different types of education techniques and technologies. Nowadays, blended learning models are formed by combining face to face education and online learning activities mostly. In this case, teachers can use advantages of both face to face education and online learning. This paper describes a blended learning model, which consists of face to face environment and online learning process formed with Web 2.0 technologies. The realized model enables students and teachers to perform effective educational activities that can not be experienced with popular applications or systems on the market. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd.
