Abstract

Objective(s): To investigate the potential role of 'a disintegrin-like and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin type motifs-2 (ADAMTS-2), collagen type-1, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-3 (TIMP-3) and papilin' levels in the uterosacral ligament (USL) and cardinal ligament (CL) of the uterus on the etiopathogenesis of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) among postmenopausal women without stress urinary incontinence (SUI).
