Özet
Nowadays, energy demand is increasing and the need for renewable energy is increasing. Offshore structures, which can be constructed in marine environments, have a high energy generation capacity. In this study, a 5 MW capacity wind turbine tower structure was considered and its behavior during an earthquake under different ground conditions was investigated. Seismic analyses were performed to determine the interaction of soil monopile tower. Sea wave load acting on the offshore structure was determined in accordance with Airy wave theory. Additionally, the behavior of the structure-transient piece-monopile system in the marine environment under the influence of sea wave loads was determined using the ANSYS (AQWA) module. As a result of the analysis, the largest displacement and stress values were obtained in the Kahramanmaraş (Pazarcık) earthquake in the clay soil case, while the smallest displacement and stress values was obtained in the silty sand case and by applying the Northwest-China earthquake to the system. When the natural frequency of the system was evaluated between 1P and 3P, a resonance risk was determined for the clay soil condition. Furthermore, short-time fast transformation (STFT) analysis also revealed a resonance risk for the Kahramanmaraş (Pazarcık) earthquake in the clay soil condition.
