In order to fulfill this goal, a survey was realized with producers. The results verified the hypothesis that there is unawareness problem on public institutions on rural development of producers. The survey results indicated that 77.6% of the producers have never visited the Agricultural and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK) and 89.4% of them the West Mediterranean Development Agency (BAKA) in Isparta province. According to survey results, 92.9% of producers indicated that the government should support the producers on rural development policies through rural development institutions.
