Futbolcuların Algıladıkları Antrenör Davranışlarının Bazı Değişkenler Açısından İncelenmesi

Bu araştırmanın amacı, futbolcuların algıladıkları antrenör davranışlarının değerlendirilmesi ve çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Isparta ilinde amatör düzeyde aktif olarak futbol oynayan erkek futbolcular, örneklem grubunu ise bu grup içerisinden rastgele yöntemle seçilen 128 erkek futbolcu oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak, çalışmaya katılan gönüllülerin, araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan kişisel bilgi formu ile literatürde yer alan Côté ve ark., (1999) tarafından geliştirilen Türkçe uyarlaması Yapar ve İnce (2014) tarafından gerçekleştirilmiş olan Sporcular için Antrenör Davranışlarını Değerlendirme Ölçeğini cevaplamaları istenmiştir. Çalışmada istatistiksel işlemler bilgisayar ortamında IBM SPSS 22.0 (Statistics for Windows Version) adlı program kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel yöntem olarak sayı, yüzde, ortalama ve standart sapma kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sürekli değişkenleri arasında ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Oluşan farklılığın kaynağının tespiti için LSD testi uygulanmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi p<.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, futbolcuların, antrenör davranışlarını değerlendirme ölçeği alt boyutları toplam puanlarına bakıldığında orta düzeyin üzerinde yer aldıkları, pozisyon, eğitim durumu, sporcu yaşı ve oynanan lig seviyesi değişkenlerinin antrenör davranışlarının değerlendirilmesi üzerinde etkisi olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu bağlamda antrenör davranışlarının futbolcular üzerinde kayda değer bir durum teşkil ettiği söylenebilir. Futbolcuların antrenör davranış değerlendirme seviyelerinin artması sonucu fiziksel, psikolojik ve sosyal sorunların başarı durumlarını olumsuz yönde etkileyebileceği düşünülmektedir. The aim of this study is to evaluate the coaching behaviors perceived by football players and to examine them according to various variables. The population of the study consisted of male football players actively playing amateur football in Isparta province, and the sample group consisted of 128 male football players randomly selected from this group. As a data collection tool, the volunteers participating in the study were asked to answer the personal information form created by the researchers and the Scale for the Evaluation of Coaches’ Behaviors for Athletes, which was developed by Côté et al. (1999) and adapted into Turkish by Yapar and İnce (2014). Statistical procedures in the study were performed using IBM SPSS 22.0 (Statistics for Windows Version) program in computer environment. Number, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used as descriptive statistical methods in the evaluation of the data. ANOVA test was used between the continuous variables of the study. LSD test was applied to determine the source of the difference. Significance level was accepted as p<.05. As a result, it was found that the total scores of the sub-dimensions of the evaluation of coaches’ behaviors scale were above the middle level, and the variables of position, educational status, age of the athlete and the level of the league played had an effect on the evaluation of coaches’ behaviors. In this context, it can be said that coach behaviors constitute a significant situation on football players. It is thought that physical, psychological and social problems may negatively affect the success of football players as a result of the increase in coach behavior evaluation levels.
