Abstract

In this work a system which can make wireless power transfer at 2450MHz is prepared. An 2x2 array antenna is designed for system by using HFSS simulation program. Circuit that rectify RF signal was realized. HSMS 285C schottky diode of Avago company and a capacitor are used in rectifier circuit. Output voltage is obtained 351 mV from 128 mm distance by measurement.
