The treatment of condyloma acuminatum may be problematic in clinical practice. We present a 27-year-old man with condyloma acuminatum who was treated successfully with a combination therapy of isotretinoin and interferonalfa-2a. In the previous reports of combination therapy, isotretinoin has been given in a dosage of 1 mg/kg/day. However, we achieved the same success at a dosage of 0.5 mg/kg/day of isotretinoin.
