In this paper, the Darboux rotation axis for a curve in Lorentz space is decomposed into two simultaneous rotation. The axes of these simultaneous rotations are joined by a simple mechanism. One of these axes is a parallel of the principal normal of the Lorentz space curve, the direction of the other is the direction of the Darboux vector of Lorentz space curve. This study is original corresponding in Lorentz space of the work named Zum Drehvorgang Der Darboux-Achse Einer Raumkurve given by Barthel [J. Geometry 49 (1994) 46]. (C) 2003 Elsevier Inc.
